This website gives biographys of famous authors who write children's books. This can be used in the classroom by allowing the students to do an extra credit assignment on the author a book they are reading. They could either write a paper or give a class presentation about the author's life. Many children are curious about who writes the books they read. In my opinion, this website's main goal is to give the chilren knowledge of the author's lives who write the books they read.
